Make the planning process a date night over dinner & cocktails at one of our "Showcase & Tasting Nights" browsing through our thousands of pieces of eclectic decor (INCLUDED in your rental fee), creating your own  hands on interactive pinterest board. Then, our creative team will recreate the look from your most detailed plans or just a single inspo picture, leaving you and your ladies to enjoy mimosas & included brunch on wedding day instead of trying to be "crafty" in freshly done hair and make-up! Oh, and let's not forget about the end of the night when the LAST thing you & your closest friends & family will want to do is clean it all up! Our staff handles it all, leaving you free to enjoy what else you might have planned for your wedding night! 

We also know the importance of catering & bar for events which is why we handle them in-house to create an event that flows seamlessly together with a continuity of service from planning to execution. With our own Executive Chef on staff, diverse farm to table menu & variety of service styles, we can provide everything from a casual taco food cart to formal china-plated filet, and everything in-between, complete with the dinnerware it's displayed & served on!  You will meet with Joi & our Executive Chef to craft a schedule, meal & bar package that fits the look, feel & taste you're after. This means no searching for caterers who fit your cuisine, or their schedule hoping they have your date available, or going to multiple meetings to talk with a variety of vendors (caterer, bar, bakery) all of whom need to work together to "pull it all off" (hopefully) likely meeting each other, or the site, for the first time on wedding day!

Wedding Weekend

For the most comfortable and elegant experience we created the “wedding weekend” package that allows you and your guests to retreat into the elegance of our home, gardens and grounds for the entire weekend. Once checked in, you and your family can immerse yourself in not only the beauty and serenity of the property, but also breathe in your wedding for what it is as more than just a special day, but rather a cherished moment as you start your own story. Your wedding is transformed from a ten hour event, into a three day celebration that will allow you to host your rehearsal and rehearsal dinner on site Friday, awaken Saturday to a prepared brunch and the tranquility of the property as you and your guests begin to get ready for your on-site ceremony, cocktail hour and reception before effortlessly retiring back to your guest rooms. Followed by Sunday morning where you peacefully arise to yet another prepared brunch before your guests return to wind down your event by enjoying your on-site gift opening.

 

Includes – Venue use for Friday rehearsal & dinner, Saturday Wedding Day, Sunday Gift Opening & Family Lodging Package (up to 8) with Breakfast daily for duration of wedding weekend.

  • Wedding Coordinator - Single point of contact for the wedding party, staff, vendors & guests to oversee the event & carry out your wedding plans

  • Set Up & Tear Down - Our decorating staff will set up your event using their creative eye to make your event (almost) as beautiful as the bride! Then, our tear down crew will pack it all up at the end of the night, allowing you & your guests to enjoy the entirety of your wedding day.

  • Chef Prepared Wedding Party Brunch - With selections from our brunch menu, your wedding party will comfortably get ready for the rest of your big day.

  • In House Staff - As the bartenders, caterers & venue operators, our staff knows the "ins & outs" of the space & operations to ensure you & your guest are well taken care of no matter where or when.
