Food plays such a big role in events, which is why we have in house catering at Halverson House. Just like our site and grounds are equally comfortable, as they are elegant, we take that same approach with our menus. We want to provide high quality, farm to table food that all can enjoy. Our culinary staff, lead by Chef Kevin Baumann also steps outside the catering of events with inventive gourmet menus created for our Supper Club Farm Dinner series and Brunch on the Farm events. With on-staff catering, we can even make a custom menu for your private dinner, gala, or wedding day.
