May 20th Farm Dinner

Halverson House welcomes Chef Ramses from Dia Bom & Brasserie de Artes for a Cinco de Mayo inspired Fiesta! Chef Ramses' roots go back to his time in culinary school in Mexico as well as continued training in Milwaukee staples such as Sanford & Coquette Cafe, before spending time consulting for various restaurants as well as developing his private chef and teaching opportunities. He currently owns and operates a Latin/Asian fusion restaurant (Dia Bom) located in the Crossroads Collective in Milwaukee, while continuing his private chef business. Each course paired with its own Mexican libation, from traditional to new, we are excited to have Chef Ramses out to the farm to enjoy food that tastes as good as it looks and sounds!
