Halverson House welcomes in Chef Joe Heppe from ID located in the Delafield Hotel & the historic Red Circle Inn to craft a menu of the Supper Club, Reimagined! All true Wisconsinites love a great fish fry, a succulent Prime Rib and of course an Old Fashioned! Chef Joe will take classic Supper Club staples and prepare them as if they were on the menu of today's trendiest new restaurant. Let's be honest, today's "charcuterie board" is yesteryear's "relish tray"! Chef Joe will serve up favorites from the kitchen, while our bar staff rounds things off with some of your favorite libations, because it is Wisconsin after all.
